How Gelco Products Fail - and How We Fix Them

• Gelco Flex-Liner seam splitting at the corrugation creases. Gelco’s flexible stainless liners use a spiral-wound profile that creates stress points where the metal folds over itself during installation. In Manassas flues with an offset or a bend at the smoke shelf, we see those creases start to split after 10 to 15 years of heat cycling.
